Our expensive carpets were left on the balcony while work was being done in the apartment. unfortunately it rained and soaked the carpets which developed mole and smelled very bad. They were ruined.

it was the best experience ever.!! They came to pick the carpets up without hesitation although i informed them of their condition.
It was going to cost a little more for the mole, but i did not care. They took the carpets and made them brand new again. It was incredible. And not to say the cost was outstanding. Even with the extra charge it was much less than the other cleaning business I called.
I brought in my friend to see the carpets and they were amazed and will be using them as well.
